1. Definitions and Interpretation

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

• Any remaining legitimate Balance may be returned to you after deducting amounts owed to gotaya.

10.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting gotaya customer support. Upon voluntary closure:

• You must withdraw or forfeit all remaining Balance.

11. Limitation of Liability

This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory upon which any claim is based, whether contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of gotaya Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

4. If mediation fails, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration or court proceedings as appropriate under Philippine law.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative action.

13. Changes to Terms

gotaya reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. When material changes are made:

• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
• Notification may be provided through email, Website banner, or Account notification.
• Continued use of gotaya Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
